If at that point you still have not received one please check your spam folder, and check that the email you used on Kickstarter is the email account you're checking.

Hi everyone,
We have decided for this campaign that we will be using BackerKit surveys for post-campaign fulfillment. At the moment we are testing surveys with a small batch of backers to make sure everything is set up properly.
Assuming there are no major setbacks, we'll be sending these wide to the entire backer group by the end of the day this Tuesday, August 19th.
